CANCELLATION POLICY
We understand that sometimes unexpected things come up and you may need to cancel or reschedule. Heart of Rose Massage kindly requests at least 24 hours' notice for any appointment changes. Appointments canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment and no-show appointments will be charged 50% of the scheduled service. Clients who repeatedly cancel late, or fail to arrive for scheduled appointments, may be required to prepay for future appointments or may no longer be eligible to book online.
